Description

These one man tents are suitable for mild to moderate camping and tramping conditions and have even been tested in more extreme weather conditions with good performance.

Consisting of the base tent, fiberglass poles, a water resistant fly, tent pegs and cords. All the contents compact down into the carry bag. The weight comes in at 2.7kg - a little heavier than some in this class of tent, however still manageable for shorter hikes.

The fly attaches easily via plastic quick release buckles and has multiple points for tying down when the winds pick up. There are three ventilation openings (with hook & loop closures).

The tent itself features three large mosquito nets and enough space at the end to keep a pack. As with most commercial tents in this price range, the pegs that come with this are usable, but it may be a good idea to pick up some that are a little more robust. Keep this tent in your vehicle or attach it to your pack if you plan on going on a casual, overnight hike or hunt.

This Tent Works.

I bought this tent as a more comfortable option than two ponchos snapped together. I am very pleased with it. I have slept in this tent on several occasions now, in all different conditions and temperatures. This tent sheds is sturdy and windproof. The water hasn't leaked once. When all three vents are open, the only way you'll get condensation is if you deliberately tried.
the tent has a very low profile and smooth shape meaning you could easily make this thing invisible with a little camo netting.
Despite its small profile, the tent is big enough to comfortably fit anyone inside without being pressed up against any walls. What won't fit inside is all your gear. You will not be able to crawl inside with a fully loaded ruck, and those there is space under the fly for some gear, it isn't much. So when it starts to rain, make sure your pack is protected. The only other complaint is the pegs are pathetic, but easily replaced.
