This is a genuine issue DCU (Desert Camouflage Uniform) waist pack from the U.S. Army. It can be worn on its own or attached to the ACU assault pack or rucksack. A handy item if you're needing some more storage. Being surplus from the U.S. Army you know it's a high quality and durable construction.
The MOLLE straps allow you to attach this to your compatible equipment. An adjustable buckle allows for a good fit around a wide range of waist sizes. Two straps aid in securing the contents and are also useful for tying on extra equipment.
