Description
A genuine pair of mechanic's overalls from the Netherlands. Their army issue protective garments are plain and simple, a "just get the job done" kind of approach. The design may not be too flashy, but the construction is durable. A cotton/polyester twill makes up the fabric component of these overalls which should survive most of the handyman missions you throw at it.
The overalls feature a buttoned front with an elasticated back to minimize excess fabric. For pockets, you're provided with a deep slash pocket on each leg and an access pocket behind that for reaching items underneath the overalls. These will suit the garage tinkerer, auto mechanic and various other tradesmen.

I always have difficulty in finding overalls to fit as I have a European frame ie long arms and long legs but these fit like a treat. They are no nonsense and well made as you would expect from the army.

I realize this is army surplus but the product I bought came with salt sweat stains and a smell that I'm not done getting out after washing with vinegar more than once. Basically the last guy to wear this soaked it with sweat and then apparently threw it in a trunk or bag where it seems to have sat until it was mailed to me. On the positive side, the couple of stains I expected to see (oil residue) came out easily in the wash. The overalls now have no stains and are in great condition if I can just get the last bit of mildew stench out of them. They should have been washed well prior to shipping.

Brought some last week they arrived in afew days that's great considering they had to come from Christchurch to the far north the pair I got appears to be brand new the last owner must have been the workshop forman as there's not a mark on them slapped them on to move a Water trough very comfortably and I didn't get to hot in them they are a little long in the pant leg but nothing one little roll can't fix

Ordered these a couple of days ago, so very quick delivery. The fit is great and at 6'2 tall the leg length is spot on. The material feels substantial with solid stitching. I was going to get another pair now I know how good the fit is, but will have to wait until they come back in stock in my size.
