Description
These are reproductions of the iconic US Army military mess kits, affectionately known as "meat cans." From the battlefields of World War II to the modern era, these mess kits have stood the test of time.
The mess kit consists of two cylindrical containers that nest together. The larger bottom container serves as the main compartment, while the smaller top container acts as a lid and secondary compartment. While not being used, the unit is held with a folding handle that snaps into place.
