Description
This is a seriously heavy duty duffel bag. Genuine US army gear built tough for military life. Its shoulder straps and carrying handle make it easy to lug around the huge amount of gear you can stuff in this mean green pack. The opening can be secured shut via multiple eyelets and a metal clasp, an innovative and easy to access design.
A pouch on the front is useful for important documents and items. All of these fantastic features really make this a great bag for campers, hikers, trekkers, hunters and fishermen. If you're not interested in those types of outdoor activities, this can also be utilized as an emergency/survival kit bag, transport for sports gear or a tool bag, among other things.

You know it's genuine when you find paper work dating back to 2011 with the soldiers list of contents and transfer details Tallil,Iraq...thanks Spc.Matt Myers ...SSAN..3955 This is the perfect item to stuff gear into and chuck in the back of the 4x4 Ute ... it's a duffel bag ! a million and one uses .
I have needed a good military kit bag (duffel bag) for a long time now. I seriously considered GORUCK & many others, but I chose this one. Don't get me wrong, there are other good & definitely more traditional kit-bags out there, & I am not claiming to be an authority on them. But my recommendation is if you were going to buy just ‘one’ kit-bag for practical use, I suggest you make this it. It is over-built, but reasonably light weight (for what it is) - Just Google one & take a look at the stitching on the handles- definitely the strongest reinforced stitching I've ever seen, GORUCK included, & if the nylon material isn’t 900D or 1000D Cordura (the strongest & best in existence) I'd be very surprised. The fabric is also internally impregnated, making the bag water resistant- standard issue for the 'God' of all extended military deployment carry-alls no less. Hardware, such as eyelets are brass & there are heavy duty, hard anodised black clips. Again, & if this is going to be your only duffel, there are lightly padded back pack straps, uncommon on traditional military kit bags, helping improve the ability to transport, what is a huge bag over distances. As it carry's so much, mine will be used on extended extremely remote & rugged adventures, as a ready-to-go prepper storage (bug-out bag), or, should I acquire another one, as a future heavy duty tool bag. No CONS. 5 stars, Highly recommended.
