Description
For those who love old army boots and sturdy leather, with the right amount of TLC these might just go for plenty of years yet. These Grade 2 boots are mostly suffering from sole delamination (see last 2 images for an example). If you don't mind that or know how to fix them up, these are a great buy.
These Austrian mountaineering boots were built to weather harsh winter elements and as a result are seriously hard wearing. Some of these have different lace up styles (D-ring like first picture or eyelet like last picture) and some have metal edging to the toe rim. At this price they would be worth taking to a cobbler and resealing.
Features:
- Genuine Austrian Army surplus
- Quality thick leather for colder climates
- Gusseted full length tongue to keep debris out
-
Hard wearing rubber sole
- Deep tread with great traction
Sizing: UK shoe sizes are the same as NZ/AU. Some of these boots have a narrow sole - if you typically fit a 'wide' sole boot, you will not fit these. For more information on sizing, visit our sizing guide and scroll to the shoe section
