Description
These pouches were issued to US troops along with their gas masks during WW2. This wee guy essentially contained early sellotape (Scotch tape, specifically) used to help seal the filter canister joints. Made from cotton canvas and a simple snap dome to secure its contents. A good vintage general use pouch that can be used to store the likes of a sewing kit, first aid bandages or the likes.
Add one to the WW2 collection, they won't be around forever!
